“Should those secrets of the ‘laal’ diary not see the light of day?’ says PM Modi lashing out at the Congress in poll-bound Rajasthan
Assuring development and a boom in employment opportunities for the state's youth, Prime Minister Narendra Modi promised that he would ‘save’ the people of Rajasthan from the ‘corrupt clutches of the Congress. Addressing a gathering in poll-bound Rajasthan’s Jodhpur on Thursday PM Modi said that it is ‘Modi’s guarantee’ to punish the ‘paper-leak Mafia’ and spill the secrets of the highly contentious ‘laal (red) diary.’ The Prime Minister inaugurated developmental projects worth ₹5,000 crore in poll-bound Rajasthan and stated they would contribute to further development of Rajasthan.
"What did the Congress do in the last 5 years? All of their work revolved around their ‘kursi ka khel’. I am sure that you have heard about the Red Diary. The red diary is believed to contain all the details of every misdeed of Congress' corruption. Should those secrets of the red diary not see the light of day? Should the corrupt people of Congress not be punished? The Congress Government will never let the secrets of the diary be revealed. You the people of Rajasthan have to form a BJP Government to know the truth," said PM Modi lashing out at the Congress Government for their alleged corrupt deeds that have hindered the development of Rajasthan. Modi promised to take strict action against the ‘paper-leak mafias’ who played with the future of the youth of Rajasthan. “BJP is here to take action against the paper leak mafias. Congress' paper leak mafia has ruined the future of lakhs of youth here, the youth of Rajasthan is demanding justice,” said the Prime Minister.
Shedding light on the alleged lawlessness of Rajasthan under the Congress regime, PM Modi said, “Congress only cares about his vote bank. They have brought Rajasthan to the top spot in terms of corruption, lawlessness, and riots. They have brought Rajasthan to the top spots in terms of the deplorable condition of the women and Dalits of the state. Is this why you voted for the Congress?” The Prime Minister also spoke about the rise in crimes committed against the women of Rajasthan. “My sisters and daughters of the state are no longer safe in this state. The 8-year-old from Sirohi, the 2 minor girls from Sanchore, the 7-year-old from Jalore, what was their fault?” asked PM Modi.
“The Women’s Reservation Bill was passed in the Parliament and that unmasked the Congress and their Ghamandiya alliance who do not want to empower women of this country, but BJP ensures that the mothers and the sisters of this country get what is their right,” said Modi stating that the Congress is not happy with this development, but it is ‘Modi’s guarantee to ensure India’s prosperity. In a charged-up speech, the Prime Minister said, “Your votes can determine the future of Rajasthan. When the BJP comes to power all riots and hooliganism in the state will stop. When the BJP comes to power the mothers and the sisters of the state will be in safe hands.”
Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated multiple development projects in Rajasthan on Thursday, including those in road, rail, aviation, health, and higher education sectors. The total amount invested in these projects amounted to 5,000 crore in the poll-bound state.
