The Lawrence Bishnoi gang employed a strikingly similar "formula" in both the execution of the Baba Siddiqui murder and the attack on Bollywood actor Salman Khan's Galaxy Apartments

News The Truth has accessed the charge sheet in the Salman Khan firing case, and has found a connection: the Lawrence Bishnoi gang employed a strikingly similar "formula" in both the execution of the Baba Siddiqui murder and the attack on Bollywood actor Salman Khan's Galaxy Apartments.

The "Bishnoi Formula": The Striking Similarities between the Attacks on Salman Khan and Baba Siddiqui

The Bishnoi gang has devised a strategy, preying on young men aged 16 to 30 from impoverished backgrounds in Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, and Chandigarh. With their influence deeply rooted in these regions, the gang seeks out vulnerable recruits, often laborers struggling to survive.

In both the Salman Khan firing case and the murder of Baba Siddiqui, key players emerged: Vicky Gupta, Sagar Pal, Gurmel Singh, and Dharamraj Kashyap, and in adherence to the strategy, each of them come from a family facing dire financial hardships, making them easy targets for manipulation.

Gang members communicate directly with these young men, fostering trust and encourage them into a life of crime. In the case of the Salman Khan attack, Sagar Pal crossed paths with Anmol Bishnoi while working in Jalandhar, Punjab. Anmol not only befriended him but also urged Pal to find another reliable accomplice to aid in their plan.

Similarly, the Baba Siddiqui murder showcased the gang's similar recruitment tactics. The Lonkar brothers were assigned the task of hiring operatives, ultimately directing Harish Kumar, the fourth accused, to seek out willing participants to carry out the murder.

After securing their recruits, the Bishnoi gang assures them that they will not be caught. The young men are promised safe passage to locations controlled by the gang—whether in India or abroad, including Pakistan, Sri Lanka, or Nepal.

Lured by the prospect of life-changing sums of money, these recruits find it hard to resist the gang’s offers. The financial incentives are staggering, often far beyond what they could ever imagine. In the case of the Salman Khan firing, a contract worth Rs 20 lakh was issued to the accused, accompanied by an advance of approximately Rs 2 lakh for travel, housing, and a motorcycle. Similarly, in the Baba Siddiqui murder, recruits received an advance of Rs 4 lakh, meant to cover their living arrangements, motorcycle purchases, and other necessary expenses.

In both cases, recruits were instructed to purchase second-hand motorcycles—commonplace in the market and ideal for discreet reconnaissance of the targeted areas.

The Bishnoi gang employs a meticulous approach, only delivering the weapon once the accused have conducted thorough reconnaissance and expressed confidence in executing the crime. With a robust network at their disposal, acquiring and delivering firearms is a task they handle with efficiency. In both the Salman Khan firing case and the Baba Siddiqui murder, weapons were supplied to the accused just days before the attacks, underscoring the gang's calculated timing.

To orchestrate these plots, the gang relies on encrypted apps like Signal, Snapchat, and Telegram, creating a digital cloak that complicates police investigations. This high-tech communication strategy makes it exceedingly difficult for law enforcement to recover crucial information in the event of an arrest. At the helm of this conspiracy is always a leader who oversees operations from inception to execution. This figure maintains close contact with the accused even after the crime, ensuring their safe relocation to evade capture.

In the Salman Khan case, two main accused were apprehended in Kutch, Gujarat, while attempting to flee to Pakistan, remaining in constant communication with Anmol Bishnoi and his associates. Meanwhile, in the Baba Siddiqui murder investigation, the mastermind, Shivkumar Gautam, has eluded the Mumbai Crime Branch for five days, believed to be in contact with the Bishnoi gang. Adding to the intrigue, Shubham Lonkar, another key figure in the conspiracy, has been missing for a month, hinting at a deeper, coordinated effort to evade law enforcement.
