"Congress has accepted that their fake promises don't stand a chance…now they are relying on luck": PM Modi in poll-bound Madhya Pradesh
"Congress has accepted that their fake promises don't stand a chance in front of Modi guarantees," said Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressing a poll rally in poll-bound Madhya Pradesh. Campaigning for the Bharatiya Janata Party in Betul, PM Modi also stated that the Congress has ‘accepted their defeat and are now counting on luck’ to sail through the upcoming elections. The elections for the 230-member Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly are scheduled to take place in a single phase on November 17, with the voting results set to be tallied on December 3.
Launching a scathing attack on the Congress, PM Modi said, “As 17th November is nearing, Congress's claims are getting exposed. Today, we got a report from the entire Madhya Pradesh that Congress has accepted the defeat and now they're relying on luck." The Prime Minister further stated that the wrong-doings of the Congress are getting ‘exposed’ as the election dates are inching closer by the day. “Some of the Congress leaders are sitting at home, they don't even feel like going out, Congress leaders don't know what will they say to people," added the Prime Minister.
“This election is to stop the hand of Congress's corruption and loot from touching Madhya Pradesh's treasury,” said PM Modi. The Prime Minister also said that the Congress only knows how to ‘steal and loot’ and that the political party is the harbinger of ‘destruction.’ "Congress has accepted that their fake promises don't stand a chance in front of Modi guarantees," said PM Modi.
Sharpening his attack on the Congress PM Narendra Modi further alleged that the political party has always collected votes from the tribal communities of Madhya Pradesh, however, has always denied them the basic amenities and deprived them of any opportunities.“There is a place for tribals in our hearts. Therefore, when the opportunity came, BJP respected your pride and understood your feelings. That is why Droupadi Murmu, a daughter born in a tribal village and born in a poor family, is today the President of the country and is leading the country," said Modi.
