Congress announces 2nd list of Candidates, names Tarun Gogoi, Ashok Gehlot and Kamal Nath’s sons as candidates

The Congress party on Tuesday announced its second list of 43 candidates on Tuesday for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections for Assam, Gujarat, Uttarakhand, Madhya Pradesh and Daman and Diu.

Significant names

Gaurav Gogoi, son of former Assam CM Tarun Gogoi, contesting from Jorhat in Assam.

Nakul Nath, son of former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Kamal Nath, contesting from Chhindwara in Madhya Pradesh.

Vaibhav Gehlot, son of former Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, contesting from Jalore in Rajasthan.
