Jaipur Woman crushed to death by man following an argument

A woman in her early 20’s, identified as Uma Suthar was crushed to death by a man, identified as Mangesh Arora who ran his care over her and her friend, Rajkumar in Jaipur. The incident was captured on CCTV outside a hotel in the Jawahar Circle area during the early hours of Tuesday.

The footage shows Mangesh Arora running over Uma and Rajkumar, even as a group of men attempted to intervene and stop the car. Unfortunately, Uma succumbed to her injuries on the spot, while Rajkumar was promptly taken to a nearby hospital for medical attention.Uma, who hailed from Madhya Pradesh, was employed in Jaipur along with her friend Rajkumar.

As per police reports, the incident unfolded outside a hotel on Girdhar Marg in the Jawahar Circle police station area between 5:30 am and 6 am on Tuesday. The police stated that Mangesh, accompanied by his girlfriend, had been consuming alcohol at the hotel. Following which, they began making inappropriate remarks about Uma, leading to an objection from Rajkumar. Mangesh claimed to already know Rajkumar and engaged in a heated argument with him and Uma in front of the hotel. The situation escalated, prompting Mangesh to leave briefly, only to return later in his car and intentionally drive over Rajkumar and Uma.

The accused, Mangesh, is currently evading authorities, and the police are reviewing the CCTV footage for details on the accused. A case has been registered against Mangesh under charges of murder and attempted murder, and a thorough probe is underway.
